This building by OMA (Mandarin Hotel) caught fire and was destroyed on 09 February 2009. We might have fat-fingered the double "s". For the record the editor of this blog has personally visited this and other works by Scarpa and was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in all of his projects.
